Membership

Membership in the Coalition of Solid Waste Management Providers (CSWMP) shall be open to the following:

• Regular Members – Business entities duly organized and existing under applicable laws, directly engaged in the operation and management of sanitary landfills and Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) facilities.
  
  
• Associate Members – Business entities that supply goods and/or services necessary or incidental to the operations of Regular Members in the field of solid waste management.
  
  
• Business Affiliations – Business entities in which a Regular Member has ownership, directorship, incorporation, or that operate as subsidiaries of a Regular Member.
  

Only entities falling under the above categories shall be deemed eligible for membership, subject to compliance with the requirements and approval procedures prescribed by the Coalition.
